What this site collects
The site is static. It has no database, no user accounts and no form that submits data to a server.
The enquiry form runs on your own device: it assembles what you have typed into a message and passes it to the channel you select — WhatsApp, Telegram or your email client. Until you send it, the data never leaves your browser.
What happens after you send it
Once you send the message through a messenger or by email, it enters that service and is governed by its own data handling rules.
Enquiries received are used solely to reply to you and to carry out your request. They are not passed to third parties except where this is necessary to perform your own task and has been agreed with you.
Technical data
The web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, request time, page address and browser type. They are needed to operate the site and defend against automated attacks, and are retained for a limited period.
No third-party analytics scripts or advertising trackers are used. No tracking cookies are set.
Embedded video
Videos open on YouTube through a link and are not loaded automatically: until you follow the link, YouTube receives no data about your visit.
Your rights
You may ask what information about your enquiry has been retained and request its deletion. Write to info@bureau-rm.kz.
